DR. UMAR and XZIBIT are WRONG about HIP HOP

Critics of "today's Hip Hop" often repeat outdated, over-litigated, biased, bigoted and narrow-minded criticisms, while rarely including any discussions of the multitude of ways that Hip Hop music and culture have been proven to be beneficial to humanity, particularly Black communities and other traditionally under-resourced communities.

Recent statements on large platforms by folks like rap artist and TV personality, Xzibit and outspoken, and sometimes controversial, Dr. Umar Johnson, only serves to add to the perception that Hip Hop doesn't provide anything of value, argues Manny Faces, host of the acclaimed and award-winning "Hip-Hop Can Save America!"
